If your coming from Bideford travel along the A39 until you reach the Bishops Tawton Roundabout, sign posted Exeter. Turn right here and travel for approx. 1 mile. The main road then dips & on your left is a row of terraced cottages. Turn Left at the end cottage into Sanders Lane. On your right you will find some large iron gates to the childrens playpark, my driveway is opposite.
Pull in here + Come up to the Studio.

If your coming from Barnstaple travel across the roundabout and again, a mile along turn left.
