* Fill your washer bottle *
* Check obvious levels eg oil & water *
* Check tyre pressures *
* Replace split or worn wiper blades *
* Make sure all light bulbs work *
* Make seat belts available ie if trapped under rear seats *
* Make sure there is no excessive dirt/mud under the wheel arches etc *
* Do not leave an unreasonable amount of items in the boot *
* If a van, unload loading area to allow access *
* Leave the vehicle in a reasonably clean condition inside and out *
* Supply keys for fuel cap etc *
